- Fringe Accessories charges $5.00 for shipping via USPS.. Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $50. Shipments will be sent ground via USPS. Merchandise will be shipped anywhere in the country within 3-4 days. We do not ship internationally. You may, however, place an order from an international address and ship to any U.S. destination. UPS is also a shipping option, Fringe Accessories charges a minimum of $10 for shipping on any purchase. Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to Fringe Accessories is subject to a 20% restocking charge. If you prefer, you can return the item to one of our store locations.

- Returns & Replacements
- On-line Merchandise: All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached. Upon acceptance of return, we will exchange for like items or, if you choose, credit your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You can also return any merchandise ordered on-line, to one of our store locations for a full refund.
